Complimentary Attendant
(Food & Beverage)
The Complimentary AM Attendant (Breakfast Attendant) is in charge of making sure hotel guests have a great breakfast experience. This means being good at doing many things at once, paying attention to small details, and staying proactive in keeping the dining area clean, well-stocked, and organized. You'll also help with getting food and drinks ready, serving guests, and answering their questions while following the hotel's standards for quality and hospitality.

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social, Corporate, Business, SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Senior Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Engineer Manager

The Engineer Manager is responsible for ensuring proper operations, maintenance, service and repair of all equipment, while supporting the Aimbridge Hospitality goals of guest satisfaction, cost control and profitability. He/she is also responsible for overseeing and participating in the Preventative Maintenance program, ensuring that all rooms and public space meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
