In this role, you will secure and manage group programs ranging from 10–85 peak rooms, cultivate new business, strengthen key client relationships, and maximize revenue across guestrooms, meetings, and events.Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will collaborate with on-property teams, and Revenue Management to ensure seamless execution of programs while positioning The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe as the premier choice for luxury group travel. • Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

• Food Runner - Full Service Restaurant 1 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As the Food Runner in our full-service restaurant, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every dining experience is seamless and memorable! • Busser - Restaurant 1 (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Host Person - Restaurant 1 (Food & Beverage)

  The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

• Server - Restaurant 1 (Food & Beverage)

  The Server position requires great communication, multitasking, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to make sure guests have a great dining experience. The Server takes orders, serves guests with professionalism, and keeps the service area clean and organized, all while following company rules and safety guidelines. 

• Spa Group Coordinator (Spa)
