Catering Sales Manager
(Sales & Marketing)
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/banquet goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts, as well as servicing clients/groups where applicable. The Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social, Corporate, Business, SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Executive Meeting Manager

The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for proactively prospecting, facilitating, and closing group and catering business opportunities as well as event execution for their assigned hotel(s). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Bell Captain
(Guest Services)
Provides guidance and oversight to the Bell Attendants on property. Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations, assisting guests with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

Assistant Director of Sales OEM

The Assistant Director of Sales assists with direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a hotel, in partnership with the respective Director of Sales/Director of Sales & Marketing. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel Sales Managers including, but not limited to, direct sales, follow-up, sales administration, hiring of staff, training, managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales and marketing budget, forecast, advertising, and marketing and business plans. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.
